Pallet Racking

Pallet racking is designed to suit warehouses where each individual pallet must be accessible directly  without having to move other pallets to handle them. It requires an aisle width suitable to your particular forklift type in front of each pallet location.

 

Drive in pallet Racking

Drive in Pallet Racking operates on the first in last out principle. It is particularly effective where large quantities of the same type of pallet are being storedThe major advantage with this product is the reduction in aisles required A further bonus is the reduction in  bills for temperature stability where chill or freezer rooms are involved

 

Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is a system designed specifically for storing long length items such as steel bars, steel pipes, plastic pipes or long timber lengths in bundles. this system can also be used with some modification to store furniture more efficiently by decking the loading beams

 

 Coil/Cable Racking

This is a specialised system for storing circular coils which allows a carrying bar to be inserted . Ideal for the neat storage of rolls of wire or cableing. It has the further advantage of minimising handling when dispensing wire to customers or staff as the coil does not have to be taken down to cut lengths

• Push back racking which is a first in last out system where pallets are stored behind one another on mobile bars or tables
• Furniture racking which is a style of cantilever racking that has been decked out with timber to create long continuous levels uninterrrupted by frames
• carpet racking for use with a boom fitted forklift to store 4m and 5m rolls of carpet
• Live storage by Gravity is a sytem where pallets flow from the loading end towards the despatch end on rollers. It allows for large capacitys to be stored and is particularly effective where first in first out is important
